Who is responsible for your data?

What data and why?

When you use the “Request a quote” form, we receive what you enter: name, company, VAT number, e-mail, phone, need and message. We use it only to answer your request, prepare a proposal and, where applicable, manage the resulting business relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

For how long?

As long as needed to handle your request, then for the duration of the business relationship and statutory retention periods (for example accounting). If nothing follows, your request is deleted within a reasonable time.

Who receives it?

Your data is neither sold nor passed on. It transits through our hosting provider and mail service, which act on our behalf.

Your rights

You may ask for access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to it or ask for portability by writing to info@soft-acp.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels – dataprotectionauthority.be).

Cookies

This website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and loads no fonts or resources from third-party services. No consent banner is therefore needed. Like any web server, our host keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and operation.

This website links to Google, Instagram, LinkedIn and PeppolPay. Those services apply their own privacy rules.
